Melanie joined the Multidisciplinary Bone Health clinic team in 2019 after practicing as an oncology pharmacist. Her interest in bone health stemmed from the many oncology patients she came across who experienced low bone density and fractures as a result of their cancer treatments. Melanie also works as a clinical practice leader and residency coordinator with Alberta Health Services Pharmacy Services.
